Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are verified before dispatch.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

• Major Cities: 2–4 business days

• Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier services, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.

Free shipping promotions may be offered on selected orders or during promotional campaigns.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where available).

Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Desicat PK is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to have been tampered with, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the package and products.
